There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minutes increments.

Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers and plumbers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job.

Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend traveling to jobs, or the London congestion charge.

Materials supplied by AT Plumbing and Heating Ltd will be charged at cost plus 20%. Collection of 30 minutes will be applied. Any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance.

An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a breakdown of the cost of labor, the materials used and the amount of the time spent onsite.

Payment must be made in full by cheque, credit card, or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
